TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL

  • Commission openings do not follow a fixed schedule. All new openings are announced via X, and there is a limited number of available slots (first come first serve)

  • If you’ve already purchased commission from me, you can reach out to me for another commission even if my commission status is closed

  • If you prefer communication via discord, my username is Kabriolett

PAYMENT

  • full Payment upfront via PayPal (USD)

  • Payment must be done within 24 hours

PROCESS

  • The commission turnaround time is maximum of two months.

  • Please provide a complete digital reference of your OC. You are also welcome to share additional images, Toyhouse pages, or other materials.

  • Before starting the lineart, I will send you a sketch for approval. Any changes can be made during the sketch phase.

  • Minor adjustments may still be requested after the artwork is completed, such as color corrections.

  • I regularly update my Trello with progress, but feel free to contact me at any time if you would like an estimated completion date.

  • Drawing clothes

  • I draw calm poses (mainly looking like outfit model posing), but if wanted some energetic pose feel free to ask

Use

  • Do not use commission by me for commercials and salable use

  • You’re allowed to post final artwork on social media, use it as profile picture or banner (with credit preferred)

  • Please don’t edit the artwork, if you want any changes, tell me while progress of the commission
